Here is a basic workaround for blogger which both the author and the reader can use using the tools provided with blogger.
For Authors:
Publish using eMail:
Step1: Go to blogger and activate eMail posting option.
Step 2: Using any of the email service, post your article by sending an email to the email id you set in step 1.
For Readers
Read the Feeds:
1. Use any of the RSS/Atom Readers to read the feed of the blog you are interested in.
2. List of feeds for the blogurl, for example in my case
atom: http://toss-up.blogspot.com/atom.xml
rss : http://toss-up.blogspot.com/atom.xml
Remember:
Support Freedom of expression, say No to censorship !
